What is your view on the use of "warbots" and drone attack planes?

Warbots are machines that operate on the ground and can see 360 degrees and are controlled by a soldier safe in the U.S . If contact fails the warbot takes charge and operates a program still shooting. I think we are all familiar with drone attacks so I won't go into detail. I haven't made my mind up about this issue. I would appreciate some feedback of different views and info. thanks.
