Brad Paisley lost his touch?

I don't know if you'd necessarily say he's lost his touch, but he's definitely not putting out the same kind of music he used to. (But...then again...neither are most of the popular country artists of today.) I think Brad Paisley has a great voice and a grounded understanding of what makes country music so great, and with time, he'll get back to his roots. He always manages to have a few true country songs on his albums among the other "poppier" tracks. I totally agree with you about "Welcome to the Future." And "So Much Cooler Online" was intolerable after the comedy of hearing it the first time wore off. I guess I have in mind the guy that sang "Who Needs Pictures" and "He Didn't Have To Be," though, which makes it harder to like his newer stuff.
