he isnt afraid to see you he's just shy (im a boy bad Y answers name choice) its easy to tell he likes you just approach him and start a conversation and if hes blushing try to ask him if hes heard of a movie that you like if he says ya and he likes it ask him if he wants to go to that movie with you and he'll probably ask like on a date and say if your shy i would say ummmm sorta if your not shy i would say yeah like a date in a friendly tone
