What the heck is his problem?

My friend Brianna told me this guy named Rawley asked about me on the last day of school a bit too late... During their art cl he walked over to her and asked if she's friends with me. She said yes, then asked why. Then he said "she keeps staring at me and it's kinda creepy". Then she was like "That's Tori for ya" and he was like right and said "Um I gotta go see you next year". Then later during their lunch (she told me he had her lunch that day, which is weird because I saw him in mine) he leaned over to her and was like "Does Tori like me cause it seems like she does" and Brianna told him yes, and he was like "I think she's kinda cool and would be friends with her if she weren't so creepy". I was thinking woah, first off Rawley, don't flatter yourself. I don't "always stare" and second off, why can't you just say sh*t to my face instead talking about me to my white sister Brianna?
