What kind of surgery is possible to correct this?

I have a really long tongue (think Gene Simmons) But its also due to the fact that I don't have the "web" on the bottom of my tongue. This is quite an issue for me, as it causes me to talk with a lisp. And I work for a company where my voice and the way I talk needs to sound very professional and talking with a lisp makes me sound like I'm 12. I have tried Braces to fix this issue and that didn't work. I looked up tongue clipping but I only found info on people with oversized "webs" nothing on people with no "web" at all. I want to get this fixed so I can talk normally, what kind of surgery is available to correct this?
