Do you think my teacher has a right to do this?

i have a hummer h3, i'm 15. my teacher teaches driver's ed. he told us to take a pic of our instrument panel for homework. i did, and i gave him the picture. he says it's fake and he looks online for the pic. he finds one similar but not exactly the same. do you think he has a right to say i'm a liar? i took a pic of me and my hummer together and he says i took a picture of someone else's hummer. he keeps cracking jokes about me too in cl and it's ANNOYING.
