Help Me Please. Girl Trouble. Can You Help Me?

OK I lied to this girl about something big. But she kind of got over it and we started hanging out again. We started making out, I got to 2nd base, that sort of stuff. But recently, she says she wants me out of her life. She says it's because I have a self-pitying attitude, I'm manipulative, and I'm over ytical. I can work on those. Then I tell her I can stop being manipulative, I can stop having a self-pity attitude, and I can stop being over-ytical. I said I can control it. Then she asked why haven't I controlled it yet if I can, and I said because I didn't think it was that bad or that big of a deal. Then she says "when you can provide me with a specific example of how you are going to supposedly prove it, maybe then I'll actually frickin believe you." So it's really hard to put in words how I'm going to specifically prove it. Can you help me please?
