Did anyone else notice this on The Voice?

Did anyone else notice how some of the people on that show that have been selected already had their (kinda) shot in fame? Like the Thompson sisters (Tori & Taylor) were on American Juniors back in like 2001 or 2002, there's a broadway star on Christina's team, Casey Weston has an album on iTunes, and that Kelsey Rey girl who has over a million views on her music video on YouTube? That's all I know but there's probably some other ones too. I love the show and everything but it makes me think they're purposely giving them another shot at fame when the whole point is to find ordinary people with 'the voice'. Do you get what I'm trying to say?
