Current third generation HIV antibody tests are very sensitive, and they reach 98% sensiitivity within 12 weeks of exposure. So if its been three months since the contact, and you had a negative antibody test after that, you are fine. HIV will not cause a bump that appears like an ingrown hair sore in any case. HIV doesn't progress to AIDS symptoms for at least a few years in any case, usually around 10 years, without antiviral treatment.
