you cant estimate that.. but, in all honesty, it's pretty bad already. Next step is paranoia. She will forget who you are and think everyone is invaders. Eventually it leads to just complete retardation of all brain functioning, and brain death. Could be as soon as 6 months, or she can stay this way for a few years. See? Too hard to tell.
