I feel great about my chest...until..! Please help me!!!?

I'm a gymnast, so I'm a 00-0 in jeans and a 32-A bra size. I bought a 32-B in Victoria's Secret but it's kinda loose... I feel good about my chest. I don't mind that it's small and perky..But then when I go to second base with my boyfriend I get really self-conscience because there's like nothing for him to grab and same with my . Ugh..Should I be self-conscience??? What do you think of small chested girls?
