Is it wrong to have a big family? i want 5 by 35?

im 25 years old i have a 14 month old daughter and im 23 weeks pregnant with twin girls. my husband and i were recently discussing how much the dynamic will change when we have the twins and how we each feel about it. i told him that while im ecstatic to be pregnant i feel i got pregnant too soon after having our first and that while i wanted a bigger gap, id like two or three more children. he agreed. so our motto become 5 by 35. when i discussed this with one of my friends she said it is selfish to have a big family. this deeply offended me as I always pictured having a lot of children...i mean i myself have 3 brothers and 3 sisters (2 are 17 and 18 years older than me tho, an the youngest is 11 years below me) and my hubby grew up with 2 sisters 2 brothers (his other sister died at birth) so we both had big families and loved it. but i dont want to hurt my girls. am i wrong?
