Lower Stomach Pain...Really Scared...Help?

since late november i been having on and off lower right side stomach pain. A little below the belly on to the right. The pain is only felt when i push on it. when i push out i feel nothing. i had an ultrasound in dec, nothing showed up for appendicitis, gallstones and noting with the liver. i have regular bowel movements...diarrehea sometimes but for the most part its solid ....im getting really scared bc i read about crohns and im not sure if thats it or not. i got blood taken in feb nothing showed up at all except suspicision of epstein barr. can all this be from that. i went to a gastro doctor back in october he did a stool sample nothing came up. he says this is prob just ibs. But im just worried bc its been like this for like 6 months now. can anyone please help me i dont know what to do and im stressing. im 23yr male in good health. do u think this is crohns or something wtih epstein barr. im just stressing so much i dont want to keep going back and forth to the doctor.
