Should i dump my guy for my ex?

Please help i don't know whether to dump my boyfriend for my current boyfriend, I been with my boyfriend for 9 months now buh i hardly ever see him only once a week maybe. and lately when i do see him he only ever wants to have !... he can be horrible sometimes aswell. the 9 months i been with him he's never taken me out once!!... we used to go to the pub and stuff and he used to be sweet but lately he doesnt call often nothing. but if he thinks im going out he'll text me askin where i am nd stuff. now i was speaking with my ex last night and he said he still has feeling for me and he treated me right at the time but i was only with him 6 months and he was a lil possessive but at the same time cared about me. i havnt been with my ex for 2 years and it'll be weird without my boyfriend now. someone tell me what you think please thanks xx
