Spotty greasy skin and greasy hair what can i do ?

well . . . . my skin is graesy because i have spots have you got any idea of what solution really works and my hair gets greasy too quick i wash it that night blow dry it and in the morning guesswhat . . . its greasy again please help please can you contain a sham poo and conditioner or maybe not on the conditioner and a solution for my spotty greasy skin a well ? :'(
