Student loan repayment program for the NG?

What do you have to do to qualify? My MOS is going to be 68W (Health Care Specialist) I'll ask my recruiter this question when I see him next, but does anyone know how to qualify for the loan repayment program? In the spring of 2011 I'm going into my Sopre year...I already have a Freshmen year filled with loans needed to be paid back. How does that work?
