What college should i go to with a 3.73 unweighted GPA?

I live in Texas but i am looking to apply at any school regardless of the state. I want to go into Engineering (preferably aerospace engineering) and am wondering what types of universities i can get into with that gpa. I know GPA is not the only thing that universities consider but i just want to know some good engineering schools where my GPA is competitive?
