Why cant i get a girlfriend?

i dont understand it. every girl i know says that i am sweet, caring, im good looking, funny, and just a really amazing guy. many have told me id be the ideal bf. but when i try to get a girl it ends the. i only see us as friends. i dont make the girl my world. i hve my own life like she has hers. ill give compliments, but not all the time, serenade, and i dont change in front of my friends. idk what i do wrong but can someone help????
