35 weeks and baby is still breech... soo worried! please help!?

HELP!!!!!!35 weeks and baby is still breech. i go on friday for an appointment but i cant put my mind at rest. what is going to happen??? i am soo worried! this is my 1st baby and i have had so many problems already! please help me asap!! x thanks x
